Due to a technical fault this morning we have had reports of students losing access to their modules. We are aware of the issue and are working with the IT integrations team to look into the issue at the moment. We hope to resolve the problem soon and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We would like to inform you that Turnitin will undergo a scheduled maintenance on 12th August to enhance the platform's performance and reliability. During this maintenance window, Turnitin will be temporarily unavailable to all users.

Maintenance Window: 15:00 – 23:00 BST (British Summer Time)
Duration: 8 hours

Impact on Services:
Please note that Turnitin will be temporarily unavailable and will be inaccessible throughout the maintenance period. Users will be unable to submit, access or grade any documents during this time. We advise you to plan your work and submissions accordingly, keeping in mind the scheduled maintenance.

How to Stay Updated: For further updates and notifications regarding the maintenance progress, you can refer to Turnitin's official status page at the following link: https://turnitin.statuspage.io/. The status page will provide real-time information about the maintenance process and inform you when the services are fully restored.
