The objectives of this course are to:

  1. Enable participants to understand and make the linkages between organ­isational structure, power and an open, democratic and a safe workplace.
  2. Create a culture of respect for women’s rights and women’s self and collective leadership
  3. Transform the experience of staff, especially women in the organisation to enable healthy collaborative power and transforma­tive leadership styles that enable effective power-sharing. 
  4. Ensure participants have a common understanding of feminist principles. 
  5. Ground OSISA’s identity as a feminist organisation.
